A Brief Overview of Our Work in 2023

U.S. government engagements: Conducted regular and frequent engagements with decision makers across the U.S. Congress, the White House, the Department of Defense, the Department of State and other executive agencies to provide policy advice and support Ukraine's self-defense efforts
Cold weather gear delivery: planned and securely executed the cross-border delivery of a humanitarian aid package worth over $3.5M by air, land, and sea, leveraging an investment of $1.4M
Combat Medic training program: funded a life and limb-saving training program. Purchased and shipped to a secure warehouse the first 18 of 32 classroom sets and first four of ten used pickup trucks to Ukraine in March. Must purchase and ship final 14 classroom sets and remaining trucks and trailers by June 2024
Drone support program: this charitable project enables Ukraine to secure its borders and the international grain corridor, which is crucial to meeting the global demand for food
Partnerships: established coordination between the Government of Ukraine and several world-leading U.S. medical research facilities
Public advocacy: planned and executed a broadcast and print media campaign to advocate for assistance to Ukraine
Presence on the ground: carried out more than two dozen visits by the Foundation’s senior leadership to Kyiv and the front lines; successfully established permanent in-country presence by staff
