The Here Right Matters Foundation Values Accountability
HRMF was founded and is led by former U.S. military and policy leaders committed to aiding Ukraine’s fight for freedom and democracy. Our team has spent decades working on Ukraine-related issues at the highest levels of the U.S. government, including the White House National Security Council.
Our in-country programs involve working with trusted local partners and our senior leadership have coordinated more than a dozen visits to Kyiv and the front lines since February 2022 to monitor program progress. We coordinate with expert attorneys in the U.S. and Ukrainian civil society to maintain the highest operational and ethical standards.
We work closely to our partners and report back to our donors, tracking progress through metrics such as:
Number of medics trained
Number of ambulances delivered
Capacity of qualified medic instructors assigned
Reduction in preventable amputations
Number of medics provided with fully equipped aid bags
Keeping our program costs on- or under-budget
